DH Adjusting LLC, a Deans & Homer company, is a collaboration between Deans & Homer and Jon Sommers, a licensed independent adjuster with construction, field adjusting, and insurance company experience. Deans & Homer has been in continuous operation since 1856.

Meet the team
Our General Adjusters and Executive General Adjusters offer insurance, construction, and business backgrounds and a history of specialized experience in all lines of claims work.
Jon has field adjusted claims throughout U.S. Most recently, Jon became a Certified Commercial Roof Inspector through Haag Engineering. Jon has an adjuster's license in California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, and Utah.

Phil is a graduate of CSU Chico with a BA in Political Science. In 2009, he took a brief break from adjusting to work for a fire reconstruction company, studying scope development, estimating, and the science of reconstruction. He has field adjusted claims throughout the Western States.

Jason has completed many industry-specific courses in claims handling, including Claims Adjuster Master Series courses through the International Insurance Institute, Inc. He has extensive liability and commercial property adjusting experience.
Jason Rudin

Wendy is a licensed adjuster in the state of California and Texas with 27 years of experience in adjusting property claims. She has worked as a staff field adjuster for a number of insurance carriers in Southern California and has handled large losses, including complex coverage issues.
